72-year-old Caucasian female. She complained of puffiness under the eyes making her look older than she feels. She had asymmetry due to a large nevus removed from the left lower eyelid in childhood. After surgery to smooth the lower eyelids, the sparkle is restored to her eyes.
Procedure: bilateral lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
Timeline: 6 months after surgery.
