70-year-old Caucasian female. She had a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) on the left lower eyelid. The skin cancer was removed by a Mohs Surgeon. The eyelid defect was then repaired by Dr. Vargason.
Procedure: Left lower eyelid Mohs reconstruction by full thickness margin repair and lateral canthotomy.
Timeline: 8 weeks after surgery.
