54-year-old Caucasian male. He complained of lashes rubbing his eyes and difficulty seeing due to hooded eyelids. Procedures: right upper eyelid ptosis repair (internal), bilateral upper eyelid blepharoplasty. Ocular rosacea was causing the lashes to turn inwards & was treated. Timeline: 2 months after surgery.
